Most Doctors don't understand people like us.

They don't get why we are so frustrated when their best recommendation is "stop doing that if it hurts".

They don't understand that rest doesn't fix movement faults & pain medication is just a band-aid.

They don't understand the feeling of empowerment and confidence that holding a barbell brings us.

They have never felt the frustration from the thought of "just giving it up".

I'm not like most Doctors

When others tell you to take a break,

I'll tell you to meet me at the gym.

How I Approach Rehab

Step 1

Movement Diagnosis

A thorough discussion and assessment where we work together to determine the cause of your pain, address your questions & concerns, and develop a plan for recovery.

Step 2

Tackle the root cause

Treatment sessions will focus on reducing painful movements, teaching you about your current condition, and helping you find ways to get back in the gym.

Step 3

Build Resilience

Once we get your condition under control we develop a plan to prevent future issues and ensure you continue to progress.
